1992 D penny Not close AM, not sure if it is a double die or just post mint damage.

Looking through my coin rolls today. I saw this 1992 D penny. It was interesting to me because the reverse of the coin i thought was post mint damage. Looking at it, looks like the date was double struck and the mint mark. the reverse around the memorial and over and through some of the lettering it is oxidation. Thought it was interesting.
