1940 Jefferson Nickel, question about what appears to be doubling on the 40'

So I'm thinking about getting this 1940 5c,,, is there such a thing as small 40 on top large 40?
Or is this some kind of doubling?
Oh this one is graded upon checking the cert lookup and there is no pictures of this coin.
Thanks all
I'll show graded,,,, which I kinda think is undergrade @ MS-67,,, also did they have FS designations when this was graded?

This coin explains everything in a nutshell,,,, 😂
My grading and examinations are off kilter somehow & way to deep,,, therefore I'm humbly stepping down on all coins,,,, no worries my stuff isn't in your books anyways
Yeah I'm way off lol 😂😆😂
@SlickCoins ... Looks like some machine doubling on the '40..... Cheers, RickO
It isnt "in our books" because you make all this shit up as you go.

I prefer discovering but call it as you see fit after all again just opinions.
or machine doubling from these pics provided
Machine doubling two different sizes only on the '40 hmmm 🤔 I guess that answer is better than "it's dirt"
@ricko in no way was that a stab at your opinion, sir thanks 👍
It might even be dirt
Thanks all
I like how you highlighted what I said
Bit harsh, don't you think?
He wouldn't be the first person to mistakes strike doubling for hub doubling. He also wouldn't be the first person to refuse to accept the forum consensus.
Maybe, but given the history of this poster and refusal to accept the input given by everyone around here, I don't think so.
He's just trying to make a mockery of this place.

And I guess in that respect I fell right into his trap. I'll just ignore.

Maybe. He also might just be that way.
I will add, it is a very nice nickel

It's the way it's has been that's for sure,,I guess I showed the wrong coin & my venture has been a huge conflict ever since,, I should've just dropped trying to prove anything but that's not who I am also after the extra incentive aka the bashing,,, has made me into a more prove it type coin collector, which well we know the boat I'm in.
So yeah I'm not perfect & I fought for the world's junkiest 1793 and I've been labeled for it,,,,, as if the 1978 Lincoln cent didn't do it already.
Thanks
