2000-P Sacagawea Speared Eagle Pop Report Numbers

Could someone please explain these lines and numbers to me. What are the bottom-line pop numbers for this coin? Thanks!

Total the second and third line equals the first line. 579 total pop.

I should check my unopened rolls for the wounded eagle.... I hate to open them just for that... So, will probably wait a while longer. Though it would certainly be worth it if I have one in MS68.
Cheers, RickO
It still doesn't make sense and it's confusing to me. I'm sure there's a good reason for it. Why the 3 different lines? How many total MS-67's have been graded? What does the "Base" line represent? One line has FS-901, the others don't.

The top line is the total number of wounded eagles graded. So currently, there are 61 MS-67's. The 2 lines below that is the breakdown of the first-row number. I assume because this is a 'major' variety, PCGS will grade them without needing to pay for variety attribution, but most do to get the FS number on the label. I think this is why there are 2 lines that breakdown the first row.

Give PCGS a call. If and when you get through? I'm sure they can give you your correct answer?
I'm curious as well.
I recently found one of these babies while CRHunting!
Maybe, I'll call too?
What a beautiful variety!
Thanks

So looks like they put the FS number on some slabs and not others. Maybe because submitter's paid the variety or attribution fee, I don't know.

@MWallace, I think you did once explain this to me, which of course I have forgotten.
