1955 D Nickel with a wheat penny imprinted on the reverse and obverse of the nickel

I have a 1955 D nickel. I thought is was some weird post mint damage but when I put it under the microscope, It looks like a wheat penny was struck over the top of the nickel actually many times. You can see the wheat image on the reverse in the middle of monticello image. I then kept looking and Can what I see is the image of an E on his face part of e pluribus unum. There looks to be wheat stalk images on the obverse of the coin, I can see part of the wheat image near his face to the left. The coin looks to be struck several times because you can see what to me looks like wheat stalks in between monticello and five cents, by jeffersons pony tail to the right of it. running through the date and between liberty and his head, To the left of his chin appears to be an E for E pluribus. Let me know what your thoughts are. There are a lot of images so you can look at all angles.
