Two sailing ships

MJDMJD Posts: 87 ✭✭✭

I didn’t plan it this way, but my latest two commemorative acquisitions, a 1924 Huguenot and a 1936 Delaware, both feature sailing ships on the reverse. Let’s see your ships!

    Great thread... I keep coming back to this one... My Navy background and love of ships has had me contemplate a collection of such coins/tokens. When I see so many though, I think bookmarking this thread will give me a pictorial collection of great ships. Thanks to all... Cheers, RickO

    USAF (Ret) 1974 - 1994 - The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings; the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries. Remembering RickO, a brother in arms.

    @Lazybones

    Sweet medals! I don't think I've ever seen a serial number that low. Must have been originally owned by a dignitary.
