Notice how the shadow of the light on the S is to the west, yet there is no shadow on the anomaly. I feel it is a toning discoloration that forms pareidolia. It would have to be raised to be a mintmark and there is no continuation that I can tell in the upper portion of the S. Then, that's just this ole guys opinion.

If you would stop posting so many partial photos more people might be willing to actually look at your post. As soon as I started down the photos I stopped looking at them and started my reply. One in focus cropped photo of the obv and rev and one close up of the issue you think you see is all we need.
