1960 Roosevelt dime w/ no mint mark

I just got this coin today and I don't know much about it so anyone who does, your help will be greatly appreciated. This dime has no ridges on the outer edge of it (its completely smooth) and the edges are also raised up a little bit. It is quite a bit smaller than other dimes that I have compared it to. I don't know if this is an error that happened while it was being made or if it happened after it was made from someone tapping on the edges. I think that some of the wording on the front and back of the dime have been cut off so that would be another error but I'm just a rookie when it comes to coins and their errors so I really have no idea. Any ideas on if this is an error coin or not?

    Welcome to the forum! :)

"or if it happened after it was made from someone tapping on the edges."

I think you hit the nail on the head.

Dimes are not made like you describe. It's post mint damage. It was made in Philadelphia mint.
