Every now and then an eBay purchase will surprise you

I purchased this eBay auction Ike on a whim. The auction showed the coin straight-on and wasn't flattering in the least.
Obviously a "Genuine Only" on a modern coin is the death-nil for a PCGS coin.
This one has the "POP" I like to see and I was pleasantly surprised by its overall appeal and appearance.

Well, you do like colorful tarnish, so, congratulations on your acquisition. Cheers, RickO
eBay. $2.00. Free shipping. What’s not to like?😉🙀🦫. That’s a nice Ike 😎
🎶 shout shout, let it all out 🎶
Clearly AT doesn't always mean ugly, just most likely doctored. It was clearly pretty enough for someone to spend 10x its value on the slim chance it would slip though with a grade.
11.5$ Southern Dollars, The little “Big Easy” set
People give up with those details graded coins which need not be the kiss of death as there is always another day with problem plastic. Could straight grade high on the right day at the right service.....
Such an original comment from you. I wonder what percentage of your comments are unsolicited comments about a coins tarnish.
We love @ricko for his independent viewpoint on toning!
One of the keys to enjoying it is to treat it as a long-running joke.
Almost all comments on this forum are unsolicited. That's what a forum is.
This was in a mint set that had liquid get into it.
