Possible million dollar penny? 1943 double struck copper cent

Came across this video while perusing TikTok. Odds are it’s fake but wanted to get others thoughts on it. Not my coin or my video.

    It’s a no-go as a genuine example. The person in the video sure held the coin in a careless manner, considering its alleged potential value.😉

    I remember a guy selling fakes on ebay that used that same lined paper (no video of course). Got banned as I recall for selling fakes....maybe the same perp.
