    Damaged. The coin is bent and no planchet or strike error would leave it as such.

    It looks like it was run over by a Caterpillar tractor in a parking lot. :)

    As the reverse shows the same PMD, I agree with Doons.

    Not this coin, but wonder how many coins have PMD and a genuine error on the same coin.

    I often wondered how many legitimate mint errors have been found on the same coin.

    There may be some post-mint damage, but it looks like a genuine defective (cracked) planchet.

    can't tell if the damage broke the planchet or not but the damage and condition would render very little premium imo even if legit. good study piece and probably not common though.
