It looks like you have two of the same coin. But anyways, it makes me feel like I should have sent in my T2 64 for a 65

PCGS definitely dropped the ball on the type 3. Nice thumb print above the date too

Third pic down.. first two are a type 1 for whatever reason:

Now I see it... And am now really regretting not sending my 64 back for a 67. That's a pretty banged up coin...

Maybe PCGS has a couple of ex-ANACS graders working for them now🤷🏻‍♂️😂🤣

And the current bids? Wow. To be fair, the afore mentioned thumb print could be on the plastic.

In defense of PCGS, those are really unflattering photos, and the lustre seen on clad Ikes can make them surprisingly difficult to photograph. It’s not difficult to make a pretty nice example look quite mediocre. Now, I wouldn’t pay a ton for a coin with a junky photo, and maybe PCGS did drop the ball, but there’s another possibility that’s being ignored in this thread.

Wow... Ike dollars are commanding some nice prices.... I have quite a few, several in the mint packaging. Maybe I better revisit those dollars... Might be a treasure in there.... :o Cheers, RickO

The only part of the label but I am concerned with when I'm buying a graded coin is the name of the company that graded it. Other than that I'm buying the coin and not the label.
