Inscribed Abraham Lincoln 1809-1865, signed, copyright 1907 by Y. D. Brenner with foundry stamp and date 1907. Fitted on a green marble easel stand.
Prototype adopted for the U. S. penny. Exhibited Panama Pacific International Exposition, S. F., 1915, #1500.
The high points on the arm and cheek has had the patina rubbed off. You can also see where the marble base has cracked and been repaired.
A lot of times the plaque has been removed.fr9m the marble slab. Heritage auction history has these sold from 1200 to 3000$. The patina is crusty and could be removed easily if you so desired. Very original piece.
Piece has been stored away in a box the friction in the box caused the high point patina to be absent.
