He spent serious coin on slabbing common and road rashed coins! See why we shouldn't stop the newbies from slabbing

I'll bet anyone a road rashed coin that he posted on here and we told him they were road rashed and as you can see we were wrong, they are mule coins that PCGS won't holder

Yeah, there was a thread here about this around a week ago. It’s still shocking that they sent all of those off.

If it's the seller I'm thinking about you'd have to be rich before buying their junk

I guess I'm late to the game here and missed something... did someone actually do a bulk submission of "parking lot finds" for grading?!!

I always thought the "sure... send them in for grading" response was sort of tongue-in-cheek and posted more out of frustration that someone wasn't listening to solid advice. I never thought that someone would actually do that! wow! just.... wow!!

OK, I think I recall the $50k 1958-D Lincoln Cent... one of the Ebay Optimist Club contributions. I didnt realize this guy submitted over 30 such coins. That has to be more than $1000 in grading fees... AND TrueViews...

I have to wonder what this guy's end game is... is this a way of inflating one's wealth in order to pad net worth? If you're trying to get a loan, you can point to nearly $100k worth of "merchandise" on an ebay store... even though he has a feedback rating of zero.

Anyway, just when you think you've "seen it all"... I actually saved this seller. The only thing that would be worse is if he actually manages to sell something... for $50k... and no returns...

Exactly. I've seen plenty of people that, for whatever reason, don't seem to recognize the diagnostics of a true Doubled Die or rare die state, but the coin that Lance posted was more PMD... and easily recognized PMD at that!

I think it’s hilarious that anyone would send that piece a junk in to be graded. I wonder what was going through their mind when filling out the submission form. I am seriously amazed.

Sad news, he ignored my offer.
Auction ended...he could've made 99 cents off me!
Unfortunately it didn't make the $49,999.99 at zero bids :-(
