We've been over this with several 09SVDB's.
The seller states its looks just like a real coin, but its not, its a token.
Problem is the coin isn't stamped or marked "COPY"

Kinda looks like a "S" mint mark...it may be too early in the A.M.

It does look like an S mint mark.... picture is blurry though... Seller does specify it is not a real coin. Cheers, RickO

    Blurry picture, huh?

That's ONE way to hide things. The problem is that there are no consequences for getting caught selling stuff like this.

I don't have a solution for this mess. Wish I did.

That’s how shady people play the game and still abide by feebay rules.

It’s clearly marked not real in the listing. If a buyer doesn’t pay attention you can’t blame the seller for not being upfront.

    Seller ended the listing. ;)

The picture isn't the best, but it being a phony (Clone) the people who did this wouldn't likely have done so to counterfeit what would be considered a common coin.> @AlanSki said:

I don't think the listing is actually within ebay rules, being how its actually a counterfeit coin, in both size and details, and isn't imprinted with either "Copy" or "DUP"
We busted ebay listing of China located counterfeit distributors that were selling these in multiple lots for little money, and they stated they were tokens, but the crooks buy them for $5.00 and then they're resold for genuine in other ebay listings, estate sales, & flea markets!
Those ebay China stores I believe were shut totally down.
