I’m almost sure I have the 3rd known 1982 d (small) error penny it weighs 3.1g and I have compared the large d and small one for a total of 4 hours and I willing to say I believe it’s the small…..Penningtonrhett631.@gmail

We really would like to see at lest one detailed picture of the obverse (front) of the coin in question.
As it stands currently the folks here can only joke about what they can't see.
