Looks like it was cast in beach sand. IMO.

Appears to be a cast fake....mushy details and pock marked surfaces. Cheers, RickO
What they said, plus the mint mark is wrong and the date numerals don't line up.
The CC is wrong. For some reason, they have a really hard time getting the mint mark right
All comments reflect the opinion of the author, even when irrefutably accurate.
It's a case of when you've seen authentic enough the fakes like this just pop out and are obvious. The details are all wrong. Probably not even silver and wouldn't pass the basic diagnostic tests of weight and density.
It might stick to a magnet.
If it does, then it is not made of the proper silver of a genuine coin.
