I think it's pretty, yet the debate is wide open as the photos are difficult to determine.

Luster looks good, so yes
Sometimes when these are under the right lighting conditions and have great luster, the color will pop!
If the luster is dull and lifeless then not so much.

You might anticipate finding a scratched up cheek under the toning.
I find it very attractive!
Luster looks impaired to me, I am not "reading" any luster hidden by a sub-par photo.

Interesting bit of toning location on top of the eagles head and at either side of the neck base on the wings.
Looks like a prime candidate for dipping... Handle with gloves though, because it appears to have spent time in a bar room spittoon...

There are many that pay 2-3x the money for nice toners vs non toners. Possibly some upside for you on this one?

Looks like a nice AU with partial luster. Nice color as well.
It is. My photos are washed out (wrong setting). A neat coin but would have been a killer if fully unc.
