Is the "End of Paine" token considered to be a Condor Token?

Is this token considered to be a Condor token?

How about this one? Both are listed in DeWitt in Paine Medals category.

Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals.     Yes. Technically, a Conder token is any token in James Conder's index, but anything in Dalton & Hamer would count, and these are D&H-831a and D&H842b.

    Yes, both of these would be considered to be Conder Tokens
