Here is the 1980 D, I am not good at locating RPM's. So I was wondering if this could be one?

Appears to be a small die chip on the upper left of the mint mark (D)

dang. after all these many years, countless images and varieties and STILL, it can be nearly impossible to tell a ding from a chip to me from many different types of images. i think it is a ding but you could easily be correct about a chip.
variety vista is usually my go-to but for those of you that want to go ALL the way down the rabbit hole, i believe you have to visit doubleddie.

Thank you, I have been checking out Variey Vista, I just found a 1977 D and It is not on Vista with a photo so its most likely not one. I will share anyway.
perhaps.
i havne't heard anything official about VV being updated since wile's hiatus. the coneca forum is picking up the load along with a couple/few other attributers until someone fills that position. not an easy one to be sure.
i haven't heard anything to the contrary, so i presume wexler is still at it and he will list pretty much anything legit, so his comprehensive listing, provided he does all the series wiles did/does, is probably more extensive. (last i checked)
