I wonder if this coin can be graded, in this condition, or need cleaning . worth ? Send to grading

Basically junk silver value and not worth grading as the coin already appears to have been cleaned.

Note, NEVER EVER clean any coins. It will drastically reduce its value and collectibility. Many collectors like the original patina that a coin gets over time.

1964 Kennedy Half Dollars are extremely common.

Decent coin, but they are so common it is not worth more than bullion value.

As above, worth melt or a little over for collectors. Now, if it were and Accented Hair variety, it would be worth considerably more. Cheers, RickO

Very popular around here.
Many varieties if you're into something like that? The "Accented Hair" variety. As mentioned by RickO, is the coolest of all the Kennedy varieties.
Main focus point to check. The "I" in Liberty. Check the bottom foot being cut off. Towards the left. That's the giveaway.
