NEWP. Mel Wacks Bicentaler off the bay.

Several years ago I was outbid on one of these for over $300. A couple of years ago I was happy to win an auction for $200 (my max bid was $300 on that one too).
This week I picked this one up for $40, my second example.

Even though there was 500 more Bicentalers made than the Camp David Peace Summit, the Bicentaler comes up for auction only a couple of times a year.

Maybe it’s just a thin market but I’m excited about finding another one of these for cheap. Now to score the Viking Ike.

I was an underbidde4 on that one.

I also already had one but it was cheap so i threw in a bid, but I didn't chase it.

    That was a bargain.

BTW, I see that the seller did not mention Mel Wacks in the title. :/

It also ended at 5pm eastern. I had to pull off the road driving home to bid. Lol

@DNADave.... :D Now THAT is something I have never done... I have missed auctions due to forgetting, or some special thing came up unexpectedly... but never tried bidding from the road - or any place other than home or work. Great dedication ... Cheers, RickO
