Those who collect these will know it's tough to find '82-CC's with nice color. Interesting to see a toned reverse too, most GSA's are one-sided toners.

Nice! Fully original. I agree with your assessment on the grade and I'd lean toward 63 as well. If you did not pay a premium for it, I would say you got quite a bargain. Congrats!
Here's my GSA toner--1880 CC 8/7 in NGC 64--though only 1-sided, as you mentioned.

Hey I got one of those. Obverse toned 1882 CC GSA that is. Took a quick picture but won't let me paste my pic's yet.
When I recently took it to a local show to show a few dealers I know, they wanted to buy it even though I said it was not for sale and just wanting to share with you. So, yes they seem to be popular. I have had it for years.
