It's a mail order coin company that is not affiliated with the US Mint. Their coins are over-priced but they do put out a well illustrated and colorful catalogue.

That's not the giveaway as much as their description of themselves as a marketing company. Lol.
They are well known in the biz. Akin to Apmex. They sell a lot of bullion and NCLT. Been around for years.
Same owner as Modern Coin Mart.
Seen them before. I haven't heard anything negative, just saying
