1918 penny

Hello. Just want to first clarify that when I post a question about a penny and if there are errors, I ask simply because I am fascinated with how little I knew . Not that I wouldn't mind finding a diamond. .I really want to learn. I hope I am not offending anyone. That being said, any information on this 1918 penny. Thanks so much.

Looks genuine. Probably worth a few dollars if you could find a buyer.
Lance.
VG details, damaged on obverse. Not an error. Minimal collector value due to the damage.
I'm seeing a VG details coin as well...

Looks VG-10. Did you know that 1918 is the first year that Victor David Brenner's designer initials returned to the Cent?
They are unobtrusively located just off the rim at the bottom of Lincoln's shoulder.

Thanks for the heads up.
@Amscozzaro73 ... Welcome aboard. Your cent is well worn, likely a VG10 grade as mentioned above. A good album coin. Cheers, RickO
Likely value 10 cents.
You, and the forum, would be much better off if you posted why you thought a coin might have an error vs. just posting an image and asking for help. It gets tiring to do all the work for folks who won't put the time and effort in for themselves. Just being honest and writing what scores of us are thinking these days.
