coin finds

Found these in the past, not so much lately. My oldest dime, and smallest dime. I

know, I know, not a U.S. dime,(Netherlands), but it is a dime, and it is teeny.

They were in a penny roll.

I got a 1936 Mercury dime in my change last week, well- worn of course.

    Great finds in a roll.

Just a technicality but the "dime" is an American denomination.

One dime = 10 cents (US)

10 cents in any other country does not equal one dime. ;)

I like the Barber dime. I see many just like it when I am searching through "junk" silver.

Old coins, even those not of U.S. origin, hold a certain mystique. I save them too when I find them in change or the Coinstar.... Cheers, RickO
