for sure. when i first looked at it, i thought it may be inverted because the top here is bigger/longer than the base which is kind of the hallmark of inverted mint marks. (messydesk has discovered some on morgans recently, pretty major find imo and most likely there will be more and are a bit more subtle is why they've probably gone so overlooked this long)
