A question on multiholders

I thought that they were a thing of the past, no?

I have personally submitted coins meant for multiholders (such as a Cyprus 1938 5 coin proof set for example) across the street and over 15 years ago. And this was because they were accepting anything between 3 and 5 coins and in the case of 4 or 5, with at least 3 of them in sizes smaller than a quarter.

At the time, each coin was receiving its own grade, the label had enough space for each and everyone (in that case it went from PR63 to PR67, no CAM or DCAM).

Anyway, I kind of forgot about them, and surely the “gold eagle” yearly set was not among my interests until by coincidence, I came across this one.:

As you can see from the back, it has the brand new logo and it is therefore a very recently encapsulated trio. Does anybody know if they’d be willing to do other combinations too?

Or (judging from their past reluctance to encapsulate non standard issues), at least, if they are willing to do other combinations across the street?

I have really missed these for some specific duets, or sets from 3 to 5 coins.

I have a proof set in an NGC multiholder.
I liked (and enjoyed) it more in the old Capital holder.
I am torn now. I want to crack the multi and go back to the Capital but I'll lose the grading.

    Urrrrkkkk.... :s

I have some NGC multi-holders for Maundy sets- I really like them. Not sure they still offer that service- I submitted them about 15-18 yrs ago
