09SVDB Opinions First Please! (Seller Has Pulled The Listing)

The seller has already pulled the listing for this coin, the listing is marked 'Seller ended the listing do to an error'
This coin is so messed up that I could tell anything from the reverse, but the obverse could be a bit more telling.
I'm looking at the mint location, I can tell much about the font type? but to me the location seems off!
It appears high enough to match die #2 but it appears to be to far enough right to match die #4.
Opinions please? (conformation that is)

My opinion is
Yes, Even with the crappy pics the Mintmark is in wrong position

Looks like a fake to me..... Cheers, RickO
Where we seem to be with this one is it appears to be a phony so, I'll ask this!
Based on the mint mark location as we see it, is there anyone that thinks its possible that the lighting, angle, or surface damage is making the mint mark to appear out of location?
I dropped the lighting on the image to see if that would help with better details.

Mark,
While I agree the MM to be wrong, I feel it is because it is too high for #4. I do not think it is too far right as that appears correct to me.

We can move on from this one, the seller has already pulled the listing, stating an "Error In The Listing"
Thanks everyone!

With all that damage, it is so difficult to tell, but it looks like die#3 to me.
Gotta stay away from anything doubtful. There's a lot of good stuff out there to choose from.

Love the graphics for a genuine one!
