i sent a message informing them that the item not being marked properly is illegal to sell and shipping across state lines is HIGHLY inadvisable and they can verify this themselves. fwiw

That is Chinese made. Common crap from Shanghai China. Those dies have been discussed on this forum many times over the years. Scratches on chin and field in front. Gash on Eagles breast and dot over D in Dollar (NW). The dot disappears with die usage. Gash is last to go.
Alibaba and Aliexpress both sold them.
