eBay coin should be the one pictured unless it states otherwise?

    If I was buying MS70 ASE's or something comparable I wouldn't mind having a stock photo to go by, but they should still state that "the coin you receive may not be the same coin in the image... stock photo used" or words to that effect. If I was buying anything else, I'd be pretty irritated if I received a different coin. I guess that's why I always look for the return policy of the seller before I bid...

    Here is the comment I post in the item description when listing multiples. I also offer FREE return shipping so there is no risk to the buyer. I have sold thousands of items on eBay over the years and I can only think of maybe 3 returns and they were not stock photo items.

    "I currently am listing several of these coins so serial numbers will vary.
    ALL COINS ARE QUALITY NO PROBLEM COINS. You will not be disappointed with these coins."
