Anyone Heard of the 'Star City' Pedigree?

Ran across a coin that had 'Star City' listed as a Pedigree on the holder. Did a couple quick searches and didn't see any registry set with that name and only saw 2 Morgans with this pedigree in the Heritage archives. Wondered if anyone had any info. on it (or perhaps if it was a forum member).

This eBay seller has quite a few listed. I have no idea what the collection is or who owns it, but it appears to be a type (?) collection to me. Lots of variation and quite a few proofs so that is why I got that impression.
Here's the eBay link if you want to see some more of the coins: https://www.ebay.com/sch/m.html?_ssn=kearneycc&_osacat=0&_armrs=1&_sop=10&_odkw=&_from=R40&_trksid=p2046732.m570.l1313&_nkw=star+city&_sacat=0
Coin Photographer.
I am NOT an expert on the "PCGS Set Registry".
However, I was able to find this.
I wonder if the collector likes comics. Here's a billionaire from Star City. Is Oliver McQueen a coin collector?
Some nice coins, with CAC!
I have no idea as to what 'Star City' represents, but those are very nice coins. Cheers, RickO
I cannot add any insight regarding 'Star City'.
However, this thread prompted me to investigate the rules about adding a PCGS "pedigree" to a label.
If anyone else is interested, they can be found here.
