1999 penny mint error? Never seen a 1999 penny like it.

I’ve searched all the 1999 Pennie’s I have and nothing looks like this one, or at least that I have found.

Post mint damage (PMD)
Zinc rot
@ifthevamzarockin
Thank you. Even without the zinc rot, the 1999 is raised and the other 1999 Pennie’s I am fascinated with the mint errors and found many that are legitimate and some that were PMD.
Based on what you've shown so far, I'm skeptical of that, sorry.
@jonathanb
I’m new so I may not be viewing them correctly. Can I show you a few for an honest opinion?

If you post pictures you will get honest opinions from people with aggregate hundreds of years of industry experience. It's up to you whether you listen to those opinions or whether you have insist that everyone else is wrong. See several recent threads on that subject.

I not only invite those opinion, I value those opinions. I am very green to all of this but want to learn everything I can. The truth is the truth and my opinion doesn’t even count in this world right now, lol. I promise my feelings don’t count and when someone with great knowledge in this fascinating world can help guide me that know’s the right way then I’m for sure listening and learning.

I'm not a fan of leaving the site to view photo's.
Show me yours and we'll show you ours.
Research, interest and a good memory is a staple around here.
Cool !
@ERingus ... You should be able to post pictures by now. Looking at most (not all) of your links, I see mainly PMD or circulation wear. Cheers, RickO
@ERingus
Here is a good site to help you learn the different types of errors
https://www.error-ref.com/
You may Also want to try the following

Like anything new, it takes time and study to become good at finding errors. Even then, most of what you find will be minor and rarely worth more than a very small premium over face value. If you skip the study part, you'll just keep wasting your time on damaged coins that you think look different.
What I see are three heavily worn cents none of which qualify as "errors". Even some "errors" - filled dies, for example - have virtually no numismatic premium associated with them.
@emeraldATV well, you can’t please everyone. I bet you knew exactly what to do and how to post pictures without using links as soon as you joined this forum. I have researched hours and hours to educate myself and some things I have found and some things I have not. I’m sorry you hate leaving sites to look at pictures, and thank you for looking at mine.
@Oldhoopster thank you for the research material. I will always check out any link or site send to help me in my journey.
I am skeptical about anything I post as I’m sure I will look back at this in the future as I advance and laugh but as of now I don’t know unless I ask and if I think someone else can guide me to where I will find what I need then of course I’m going to ask. Either way I’m enjoying every part of this, even the expert member of the forum who think I have no clue what I’m doing because I don’t but eventually I will. Thanks for the help!
You should read at least one of these cover to cover:
The first one is free, but incomplete (and in my opinion not organized well enough for a beginner to follow).
The second one is not free. It's also 30 years old so the prices don't mean much except in relative terms (you can get a good feel for which sorts of errors are more valuable or less valuable, even without trusting the exact numbers). On the other hand it's very well written and easy to follow.
The third one is very good, but also a lot more expensive. I wouldn't recommend starting with that one.
