Interesting Advertising Piece- Encased Wheat Cent

I found this at the B&M yesterday in a box of loose tokens and other assorted exonumismatic items. Apparently it is for a bulldozer, and a big one at that. I was able to find some onfo on it, and apparently Allis-Chalmers was once of the first heavy equipment manufactuers to begin production after WWII. The HD-19 was one of their products:

The meaning of the text around the obverse doesn't make any sense to me. The only thing I can think of is that buying one of these encased cents, funds the production of the listed parts of the bulldozer.
I'm thinking about using some plastic polish or headlight restorer on it to hopefully make the plastic a little clearer...

Nice, the cent date is correct for the production run. Makes me wonder if the use of copper in the manufacturing of this model is related to the slogan? Peace Roy

Must be a good seal on that cent container - the cent is still bright red.... Cheers, RickO
I am guessing that they are claiming that a cent's worth of lubrication a day is all it takes for that big Cat to keep lubed up. They recommended lubrication to be done at 1,000 hours of operation.
A great way to market the economical factor of the engineering by using the cent in the advertising material.
This makes sense to me.
I agree that engine maintenance was measured by how long the engine ran.
