    Some coins just shouldn't be bought raw from strangers by mail order. This is one of them.

    I think there is a small, but real, market for certain coins for albums that are copies. They should all be marked as copies, of course, and be of the same specifications as the original otherwise.

    I’ve got a D.Carr /Grove mint 55. It’s a reproduction on a 55 genuine
    It suits me fine. So does my Grove mint chain cent . Different strokes. 🦫. And I’ll be adding more of D. Carr’s work.

    Yes, this particular site is a foreign web site.

    They are as bad or maybe worse than another well known site.
