1936 Buffalo off center strike

Will PCGS grade this type of coin & how to determine fair market value? Thank you in advance for all/any advice.

If submitted under the error tier they will certainly grade it and label it assuming it’s genuine and not cleaned/etc. (yes, there are fakes out there for everything)
As for valuation, it depends on many factors. When you are able to post pictures here then I’m sure someone can help. You can look up pricing on eBay, heritage, and other dealers that handle error coins.

Show photos here before sending it in. Market value will depend on how much WOW! factor it has, among other things.
