The slabs are totally fake. The coins are as well, although the counterfeiters did a better job on the plastic than they did on the actual coins, which look like cartoons of the real deal. You can also post this on the World & Ancient Coin Forum.
I have reported them to eBay. Please do the same. Someone already bought a fake Kiangnan dollar and was happy with they purchase. They will not find out until they try to sell it years from now.
given that is some newly-ish looking made stuff, i bet there are some officials that would like to see that ebay acct.
