If that's a "D" mint mark, why is it so FAR to the right (beneath the second 1)?

This is another one from coinguy1955 he has been selling damaged coins as genuine for a while now.
He was the one selling the 1922 no D just a few days ago.
The guy is a total crook!

I believe the coin is a 1914-S. You can see the bottom serif. It lines up with what the mintmark looked like for that date.
