Why can’t I get a response to my query to PCGS Forum Moderator or Heather B?

I’ve sent messages about specific forum questions but get no response? Who knows of a better way to get a response….I’ve tried PM Heather Boyd twice to no avail and no response

If you want to get Heather's attention, just break one of the forum rules.

Bad transactions with : nobody to date
They may be busy helping out in the grading room 😏, given the recent complaints about slow turn around times.
Seriously though, the first part of my FUN submission posted grades on Wednesday, and shipped out the same day. Quicker than I anticipated!
Try asking the questions here. They may be using 'all hands' to expedite the product/process during the current overload. Cheers, RickO
