This coin was graded in 2006. What grade do you think it was given?

at first glance 55 sounds right. If you get picky about on eye appeal 53 won't be a surprise.

Not my series but I think I see lustre - so 58 or 62?

Beautiful coin, I like it a lot... My conservative guess would be a 63.

Question, I see a circle/dimple/belly button on some of the eagles in different series. It always appears to be in the center of the coin, I have always assumed it to be a die alignment. Is there a better term or explanation for the circle and why it appears on some coins and not others?

I remember reading that it was used by die sinkers to indicate the center before scratching guide lines for design element positioning into the surface of the die with a specialized compass tool.
