Prices on kitco precious metals seem to be locked and not moving.

I'm waiting on the opening and noticed it says closed, will open in 11+ hours.
I'm expecting a serious smackdown today...

The USA market doesn't open for 11 hrs why ? The world maket says Open and will close in 19 hrs 49 min. The prices are locked like it's closed though.
Sold 1/12 ounces of AGEs to my LCS guy yesterday.
