09SVDB I need opinions on this one first??
Taking in account POOR digital images (digital recreations of an actual object), overall this coin looks bad.
Can POOR pixel image make this coin look that OFF?
The designers initials is to pixelated to be SURE? (but it looks off)
The font used in the mint mark is questionable, but is that a scrambled pixel problem too?
The mint mark location is close enough to only be from die set #4 if genuine.
But then I noticed something very strange in the LIBERTY, look very close at the "B" it looks like an "S" with serifs and a added back bar for the illusion of a "B" that not a pixel issue!
My view on this coin at this time is its a fake, but opinions are like.........
So, I'm very interested in as many opinions on this one as possible before we proceed any farther (or not).
Thanks!

I'm not seeing a V.D.B. that is good enough for me to say it's real. B is misshapen as is the D.
I'll go with fake as well.

Everything you mentioned plus the IGWT fonts look too thin in some letters, especially the "WE". The bottom of the B in VDB is flat instead of slanted and a lack of a slanted crossbar also may be a red flag. Is the flat spot on the left wheat tip from the picture or is that another red flag?

Poor photos, damaged & cleaned but genuine.
So, you think that "B" in LIBERTY is actually a B and not a modified S, even with the serif's on it?

PMD on BERTY
I just wouldn’t report it
Maybe - maybe not. Too many "IFFY" problems with that cent to even take a chance bidding on it..........that's definitely one that needs to be slabbed.

That's where this one looks to be going (the do nothing pile)

This one has some PMD.... even the VDB looks as if it is 'dinged'..... No conclusion here. Cheers, RickO
I don't like the rim with all the imperfections, and the "ragged" look of ONE CENT. I just don't know about this one. What I do know, is that I personally wouldn't touch it with a pole of any length.
Just sayin.

The S looks too low to me.
Looks like a poorly made cast piece to me. Casting bubbles seen?
