Calling all you Matte Proof Lincoln cent aficionados, what would you call this? Special Strike or ?

What would you call this Lincoln cent or how would you accurately describe it. It is being advertised as

I’d call it a “business strike” - nothing more. And I don’t like the use of the term “prooflike” to describe coins which lack mirror-like surfaces.

A nice hammered business strike coin, possibly cleaned with some unfortunate tone, still an attractive album coin.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
That is a super strike and well preserved cent... Are you submitting that one? Cheers, RickO
