Just got an order back and WOW does it smell! This is the second batch I've received like this. I literally have to spread everything out so it can air out. Anyone else have this issue lately? Smells like someone dumped a bottle of cologne in the box before they sealed it up. It's disgusting.

Your order had an odor?? It would seem the odor is out of order!
Just joking of course.... Never heard of that issue before... Perhaps notify customer service...might be a new order packer who is a tad overzealous with aftershave. Cheers, RickO
It was an order of PCGS graded US coins. Thought that would be obvious but I should have specified. Smells like really strong cologne ... if you've received one like this you'd know what I'm talking about. Since this was the second time this has happened to me in the last month I assume others have encountered it as well. I don't know if it's cologne or something else. Boy does it linger! Yuck.

Haha it ain't covid. And I'm not the only one who smells it. Maybe I'm just lucky and PCGS decided to bless me with something special.

That is weird. If you have both packing slips, I'd think our host can tell who handled your shipments and proceed accordingly. Good luck. Peace Roy

The 2 orders I got recently didn’t have any smell. I’d be worried about volatile chemicals contaminating the coins and causing spots or bad toning if the actual slabs and slab box smelled if they arrived smelling strongly like that though.

I thought you were referring to USM orders. I actually had this issue with a couple of them a month or two back and you are right about the smell. I figured anotherpackage in the truck or UPS facility had perfume and had been broken/damaged.
