Need some help with a Registry Question?

Afternoon,

I was thinking of starting a 1938 R132 Aviation Series of 48 cards. I have 2 Graded and another 18 in one of my subs at PSA. Both of the ones I have and most of the others are/will be the only graded example. This is a set Acknowledged by PSA as a set of 48 Cards, although most Numbers don't have any Graded examples and thus no Description. I'll change that with my order at PSA

The problem is that when I go to the Pop Report and look up this set and when I click on any of the 5 Currently Registered sets, they are all some sort of hybred 1930's/40's. Charles Lindberg Master set I believe? how do I get this changed to reflect the correct Checklist?

And yes I have copied this to PSA, but wonder if there is a easier solution? And the Registry Thread has Crickets!

Thanks

YeeHaw!

Neil

If you have the full and complete checklist or research associated with the set, you can submit it through the PSA website now…

    https://www.psacard.com/myaccount/customerrequestcenter

Then toggle to ‘Research Request’ and submit what you’ve got through there; the more official the reference material, the better your chances. For example, a checklist from a ‘Standard Catalog’ type of reference book is preferable to ‘Dr. Vinny Boombatz’s Internet Checklist Page’

    😉

The confusing part even within PSA verbage is this quote from their Research department here in the highlighted area:

PSA’s Research Department possesses a vast knowledge of both common and rare cards, tickets, and packs. If you are interested in having your card graded or having a variation recognized by PSA, please fill out the requested information. We also recommend you check the PSA Population Report first to make sure the item you are inquiring about has not already been graded by PSA.. They Have.

Well since they already graded 47 different Cards from this set, just not all 48 Different Numbers I don't see Research to be to stressing. And why is the Checklist in the 5 Registry sets not for this set and some sort of Lindberg Master Set? And another minor issue, if PSA recognizes this as published in 1938 in accordance with Their population report. Why is the Year not on the label of the Two slabs I have?

I reached out to Todd, he said good question and is contacting the Research Dept.

    Thanks
