I've never seen anything like this before
I am leaning towards this is a scam attempt... All 1936 Proof sets, and all with a very blatant "buy outside of ebay" type of picture. I'm sure they won't be up for long.

That’s a NARU-able offense
The poor English makes me think it is a foreign seller.
fwiw they have a HUGE amount of items listed so it is either a nuclear bomb of a scam or legit?
active - fb - sold no coins sold? - edit to add JUST coins in proper category listings LINK
NOW having said that. it looks like they could be using some sort of bulk listing software. notice the odd insertions for the ebay details listing section. ANYXXX - this could lead to a massive bag hold for ebay or they could be honest and using effective means.
ok i'm going back to the either 3 or 4 part series on japaneses vs yanks and we're up to guadacanal after midway. RIVETING
watched The Rescue earlier and it was nail-biting!

we're gonna find out. no way with all that juicy material are we not going to have some members at least consider bidding on them on the off chance small? those listings are legit. i'm going in for more analysis of the legitimacy of the listings sunday.
i may have to dig into some more of these ww2 presentations tonight while a lot of it is fresh. LINK for anyone wanting a different presentation of some of the attacks.

You ain't seen nuthin yet!
Pete
ya its been a while, if ever, that i've gone straight through a more in-depth presentation covering such a large period for this era of battle.
it would be stupidly ambitious but i'd probably do a 10 or 20 part series just kinda doing a world-overview of wars and renaming of countries so long as it was done somewhat similar to the ones i'm watching now. or at least a continent by continent. they may already be out there on dvd or vhs. i dunno. i just stumbled upon this short set. plowing through material to find someone that strike's one's fancy can be exhausting and is probably the #1 contributor to my NOT learning more than i'd really prefer. acceptable (to me) presentation. i don't need them to be doctrine either. there is always fudge room when recounting history. we'll NEVER know ALL the truth surrounding major events. even in retrospect. imo
(i'll stop here. WAYYYYY off topic and forum members are dropping like flies these days. no desire to join them) i actually got a warning recently for roughing up a new "member". that was even after i had deleted half the post. the full post may have done me in!
I posted this on the other thread, as well:
Perhaps this is a good opportunity to try an alternate way of reporting a problem eBay seller. I have been thinking about this for high-volume counterfeit sellers as well, where it is tedious, if not overwhelming, to report all of their listings. It would be interesting to see how effective this approach is, if more people would like to try.
Rather than trying to report all of their items, you can report the seller directly by following this link:
https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022
Below is what you will see:
.
.
After you select "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies", you go to a page that looks like this:
The first choice is "Seller offered to sell a listed item outside of eBay" and you can add a written description in the text box. I've reported the seller already - I would be very interested to see how quickly action would be taken if we can get some more reports on this seller.
Obvious scam attempt.... Run Forrest run.... Cheers, RickO
Seen this scam with other items like jewelry and watches. They take images stolen from real sellers and pass them off and their own. No buyer protection when you buy outside of eBay. Buyer Beware.
