1942 S Jefferson Nickel (Lamination)

Have had this coin for quite a while - finally getting around to imaging it.
It's dripping with luster and stunning electric blue/green toning - plus a fun lamination peel to boot!
It's interesting - you may be able to see a line at the bottom and left of the steps on Monticello - that's part of the lamination.
Maybe we should call this...Fully Detachable Steps?

Have 1942-P with a rv, lam but have photographed it yet. NICE!

Just remember, have another 1942-P with ov. lam. and a 1944-S with no pics.
The more qualities observed in a coin, the more desirable that coin becomes!

Very nice nickel. The copper/silver/Mn alloy was more prone to laminations than the normal composition for some reason.
