What type of holder is this?

Don't see a logo, but the label screams old timey. Obviously the black holder draws me too, but could anyone help me figure out which grading company and generation this slab is from?

Looks like a Coin World slab for self slabbers with an old label from a PCGS rattler slab.

From the sellers ebay page: 1880-CC Morgan Silver Dollar. Coin has been graded a 64, but just has the label in a case.
Cert is real. Mid 80's PCGS label in a nonPCGS slab. Seller does not accept returns. Is it the same coin? Probably best to steer clear.

Not CoinWorld, those have an logo in the inside of the shell. Those look more generic, I've bought holders by the size from China sellers.

That looks like a 'self slab' job.... would not buy it.... Cheers, RickO
I feel this coin is not an MS-64. It does not belong with the label.
