Any idea of the rarity of this?

I found this minor struck thru quarter in a silver proof set in 2018 and sent it in with a 1972 T2 Ike as my first submission for fun. I always regarded it as more of a novelty, but recently got to wondering with all of the error threads recently, how rare are these things on modern proofs anyways? Are they even rarer if they are in silver? To those looking for the strike thru, I couldn't get it to really come out in the images I took a while ago, but it is just left of the E in E PLURIBUS UNUM. I just got to editing these today, so it just popped in my mind and I figured I'd ask since I have this great resource now. Thanks!

I've found struck through errors of that size on a few modern proof quarters (both silver and clad). One has a tiny piece of retained plastic in it.
Although a minor struck through, it is authenticated and preserved. Nice pictures. Cheers, RickO
On minor "struck through" coins the real question should be "Does anyone care?". If an "error" has no WOW! factor it is unlikely to draw much interest.
Always neat to find a error on a proof coin. Nice catch!

You could probably get a premium on eBay with good photos .
This is the most interesting one I've found - a 2004-S Iowa clad proof quarter with obverse and reverse struck through (including the retained plastic fragment). I've seen small struck throughs on silver proof quarters too, but only a few in either case. I wouldn't say that one is more rare than the other, off hand.
