Found an old Hazards black powder cap at lake Isabella on BLM land

Found it 7 inches under hard dirt with the can attached but not salvageable. I know there was a mine very close by but have no information on it.

    Interesting find.... Was that used for blasting in the mine? Must have been hard rock ore - gold or silver?? Cheers, RickO
