I won't say since I saw this earlier. Interesting and cool though in my opinion.
Poor details, artificial wear?
The round black mark on the reverse concerns me. Looks cool though.

ANY 1921 Peace Dollar is a nice coin, ricko.

In hindsight, the artificial wear is quite obvious. like someone started with a G or VG coin and rubbed it against something to wear it down, then weathered it a bit. Here's a real FR02 I sold a couple years ago.
That coin looks low relief to me.
